I went for my training today!
Thought Chen Lu was gonna work with me, but turns out she friday then can!
Met up with her, zhiwei&lauren at Tanjong Pagar.
Went up for her interview then she left after that.

Apparently, Yoochun and Junsu have been going around together looking for law firms during their vacation ...

As of now, all TVXQ notices and schedules on the SM Entertainment homepage have been deleted, including the SM Town Concert schedule.

TVXQ members have only received a 0.5% increase in salary over the past 5 years despite their amazing success and huge fanbase. All 5 members are actually preparing to sue SM Entertainment because of this, not just Junsu, Yoochun, and Jaejoong.

SM has been taking from 70%-90% of the profits that TVXQ makes, leaving only 10%-30% for the members themselves
AND! Most people think that Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu will win their case because it is against Korean law to make "slave contracts." And slave contracts they are, receiving less than half is a stretch, but 10%?!?!

Junsu was being pushed around by a lot of upper officials in SM Entertainment because of his dad's involvement and his private endorsements.

All 5 members are standing together against SM. It is very distinct that this is not a TVXQ vs. TVXQ fight, but rather a TVXQ against SM fight.

It should be noted that Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu do not want to completely terminate their contract, but they do want major revisions to be done to their contract so that the corrupted control that SM Entertainment has over them can be dissolved.

According to this source, it states that on July 31st, 3 TVXQ Members, specifically Micky Yoochun, Jaejoong, and Xiah Junsu filed an injunction against SM Entertainment in the Seoul Central District Court to remove the "non exclusivity clause" in their contract.

There's also rumors that if a favorable agreement isn't met, the three will be leaving the group for good.

... the board of directors is having an emergency meeting and are discussing what to do.

WELL, they better don't try to disband them ...

There are things that we would all do for our friends.
In fact, there are alot of things that we can do for our friends ...
That is, provided we are the willing party.

Many a times, because you're too willing to help people, they tend to take you for granted.
Nope, they don't seem to appreciate what you did for them,
neither do they thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule just to do it for them.
They don't see this. What they see is, YOU are supposed to do this because you're my friend etc
The many reasons varies.

Pushing all the 所谓的塞扛(ok whatever, my chinese is no good) to you.
It literally means, pushing every shit to you.
It pisses me off, big time. Forget it if they said express their thank you(s)..
But it seems like they don't. The fact that we're willing to help just shows that we're so damn nice.
But the fact that you just sit there, shake leg, wait for us to do things
AND all you ever know is the other friends of yours just shows us how bad your character is, srsly.
We helped once, twice, thrice ok fine. But please don't expect us to help you all the time.
If you're busy, then we're busier than you times 10. If you're lazy, then why cant we be lazy for once?
So tired of clearing up everything, you start it, you clear it.
And please la, if your bestfriend bothers to remember what you like, when's your birthday etc.
